At our pilates studio we have the finest quality apparatus available in the industry from Gratz. The proportions are just as the original design that Joseph Pilates created. We work across all the traditional pilates apparatus as well as feature a separate mat room for body weight exercises.

No previous experience is necessary as the program is based on levels of fitness from beginner to superstar. Pilates is very empowering. Don't wait to feel great!
